Meet The Team

Roy Page, Co-Founder
In 2021, inspired by personal experience, Roy along with his wife, Lynne, co-founded Crossings Addiction Recovery, LLC, a North Carolina-based non-profit with the mission of providing specialized addiction and recovery treatment programs to individuals and families struggling with alcohol and drug addiction. Crossings uses contemporary treatment modalities in combination with the art of sailing to provide recovery skills and productive pathways forward in life for clients.
Roy is the author of A Letter to Evan, an Amazon Best Seller, based on a letter written to his son following what he calls “a perfect storm,” in his, and Evan’s life. He also holds over five American Sailing Association certifications.
Roy holds a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

Brandon Robinson, Clinical Director
Brandon Robinson is a licensed clinical mental health and addiction specialist who has practiced for more than 20 years. Brandon has been educating communities, developing outpatient treatment programs, and devoting time to counsel in various mental health and addiction treatment settings. His licensure and accreditation include:
Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), honored by the North Carolina Board for NC Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (2006 – Lic#5531)
Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), honored by the North Carolina Substance Abuse Professional Practice Board (Lic#1540)
Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS), honored by the North Carolina Substance Abuse Professional Practice Board (Lic#567)
Brandon counsels individuals, groups, families, and special populations such as substance abuse, persons with disabilities, adults, and adolescents. His experience entails addiction counseling specializing in relapse prevention, solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral techniques, anger management, group-based therapy, and family counseling.

Adrian Fleming, Health and Wellness Director
Adrian Fleming has a strong passion and desire to enhance health and well-being to improve people’s quality of life. Accountability and planned direction are how she implements change, progress, and results. She is a nationally certified health coach, personal trainer, and group exercise instructor with over 18 years of experience in the wellness field. Adrian has been coaching and training individuals, corporate employees, and business professionals at many levels in both corporate and private settings.
Her career experience includes work with Duke Medical Center, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Cree, Glaxo Smith Kline, and Brier Creek Country Club.

Camp Caroline
Located near Oriental, North Carolina, Camp Caroline provides Crossings with residential housing and on-campus facilities space where our residents enjoy both contemporary accommodations and rustic settings situated along the beautiful Neuse River.

Bow To Stern
Located in Oriental, North Carolina, Bow To Stern provides education, training, and certification programs in partnership with the Crossings recovery experience. All instructors are experienced and certified in group programing and instruction through the American Sailing Association.
